Hello!
First- that picture has a lot more clear positive line in the HD pic.
32 y/o obese woman with very regular, but long (29-31 day) cycles. I had an abdominal myomectomy for LARGE fibroids in Nov last year (8 months ago). They were all perdunculated so my uterus wasn't cut. Period came back in February (took FOREVER) and then... I would say this (june-july)was the first month we started trying, since we decided after I ovulated in May to start, so I don't think it counts. We had a lot of BDing in my fertile week with Preseed. I used to ovulate tests for fun and we didn't BD the night I was positive- my vagina was tired. Oh, and I started taking prenatal vitamins probably in April at my doctors suggestion.
Tested this morning, first day of my would be period- CD 31. Usually I can notice some blood before my period for a few days because I look super hard- this month, I had some bleeding on likely 12 dpo but it was just there when I specifically checked my cervical mucus. I've been checking a lot and could have irritated my cervix, or it could have been implantation but... Well you'll see why I don't think it was.
So all the days this month, my symptoms have been mostly normal. I get the lot of them- nausea, cramping, minor headaches, sore boobs, hunger, emotional instability, constipation, etc.
So here's the difference. At 7dpo I had cramps mid afternoon. I felt like I had to poo, and while I could a little the pain wasn't going away. It was around my belly button and into my abdomen. After an hour I laid in bed with tears of frustration and pain. It was intense. After 2.5 I considered the hospital. Then, after 3 hours, I felt gas move and the pain lessened. For the next four days I had minor belly button pains and (normal) constipation. I don't know if it was implantation or anminor blockage. it's never happened to me before. I think back on it- some years ago I had them take a sample of my endometrial lining and it hurt so bad I cried; the doctor thought I was nuts- so let's just say I'm a wuss or my uterus is very sensitive.
And recently I noticed I am not having night sweats. Usually the days leading up to my period I wake up soaked in sweat. I didn't. I didn't think much of it, though- especially because I stopped being constipated, which happens the closer to get to my period.
So I'm checking for blood 2 days ago and get a smidge in my CM at night. Nothing coming out- I literally touched my cervix to check. The next morning there was some tiny bit when I checked- all pink- and after that there was none. I continued to obsessively check my CM and it got very very white and creamy. My cervix was medium height, and felt like it might've been open but I don't know I can't tell. It was soft though! I recommend not being so obessive because although I washed my hands before every time my vaginal canal is getting burn-y/irritated. It's very sensitive.
Peed on a stick when I woke this morning and honestly I can barely wrap my mind around it.
My uterus has been sore today, sensitive, I keep having to pee and I'm light headed and nauseated.
That's my story and I hope it helps :)
I can't tell anyone but DH it's only 4 weeks so Im so elated and hopeful and trying not to worry that anything will go wrong.
