Okay so here's my story. I'm not too good with all the TTC abbreviations but I'll do my best. Hopefully this helps someone. I had been with my boyfriend for about 6 years. We were never actively TTC but we weren't using protection either. I didn't do anything different this month either. My last period was on 10/22. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex frequently starting from 10/30-11/15. My period can be a little off sometimes so I'm usually a little confused about exactly when I ovulate. On 11/18 I started cramping pretty bad. My breasts were also really tender so I figured AF was on her way. That night when I wiped I noticed slight red blood on the toilet paper. I put on a pad because I thought AF had arrived. The next morning I woke up and there was only dark brown discharge on the pad. It wasn't anything major it didn't even fill up the pad. The entire next day I kept checking to see if I was bleeding but there was no more blood. I figured my period would probably appear full blown in the days follows. I waited two days after and absolutely no more blood appeared. Then maybe 4 days later I noticed a tiny amount of blood on the toilet paper. I was sure that it was my period. This time the blood was not even enough to appear on the pad. After that day I did not bleed again. I kept on having horrible cramps and my breasts were extremely tender. I had absolutely no appetite and my CM was completely dry. These symptoms made me believe even more that af was on it's way. I played the waiting game until I was about 9 days late for my period. I still didn't really think I was pregnant but decided to test to rule out a pregnancy. I purchased the clear blue test, the new one that shows how far along you are. I took the test and waited the excruciating 3 minutes. That's when I got my BFP, pregnant 3 wks plus. Will test again in the am. Hope this helps someone.
